Minecraft runs at 20 ticks a second, so a speed of
0.25 blocks per tick is 5 blocks a second. Every formula

Walking is 4.317 blocks a second, sprinting 5.612, and sprint-jumping 7.127. Sneaking drops to 1.3.
Over open ground a boat on blue ice is 72.73 blocks a second and an elytra in a 52° dive reaches 67.3. A Riptide III trident in rain is faster still but only in bursts.
A plain jump clears 1.25 blocks. Jump Boost I raises that to about 1.83 blocks, which is why it is the first level that lets you step straight onto a two-block ledge from a run.
Levitation I is about 0.9 blocks a second, and each level adds roughly the same again. The calculator works out the exact height for any level and duration.
TNT has an explosion power of 4, so its reach is 8 blocks. Damage falls off with distance and with how much of you is shielded from the blast; standing right next to it with no armour is fatal.
A fully drawn bow launches an arrow at 3 blocks per tick. Fired level it lands around 60 blocks away; angled up it goes much further, and the calculator gives the exact pitch for a target.
